Acceptable use policy.

Purpose

QIOI exists to run legitimate services reliably. This policy defines the boundaries that keep the platform safe for every customer on it.

Prohibited uses

• -No illegal content or activity, in any jurisdiction where we operate.
• -No infrastructure abuse: no crypto-mining outside approved plans, no denial-of-service activity, no scanning or attacking third parties.
• -No unsolicited bulk email. Transactional and consented mail only.
• -No security testing of QIOI infrastructure or other tenants without prior written permission.
• -No attempts to access other customers' instances, data, or credentials.

Security research

We welcome responsible security research. Test only against your own instances, or contact us first for written authorization before any testing that could affect shared infrastructure.

Enforcement

We investigate reports and may suspend instances that violate this policy, with notice where practicable. Severe violations — illegal content, attacks on third parties — may result in immediate suspension and termination. We aim to be proportionate: warnings first for accidental or minor violations.
