Data we collect

We collect the minimum required to operate the service: account details (name, email, organization), billing information (processed by our payment provider), and operational telemetry about platform health.

• -Account data: name, email address, organization name.
• -Billing data: handled by our payment processor; QIOI does not store full card numbers.
• -Platform telemetry: resource usage, health-check results, and error logs used to operate your instances.

Instance data ownership

Data stored on your instances — conversations, documents, workflows, databases — belongs to you. QIOI accesses instance data only to provide the managed service (backups, restores, updates, incident response) and does not use it to train models or for any other purpose.

Backups and deletion

Backups are encrypted and retained according to your plan's schedule. When you delete an instance, its data and backups are securely deleted after a short retention window. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

Subprocessors

QIOI runs on infrastructure providers and a small set of operational services. A current list of subprocessors is maintained and available on request; material changes will be announced in advance.
