Terms of service.

The service

QIOI provides managed deployment and operation of application templates on dedicated or isolated infrastructure: provisioning, networking, domains, SSL, monitoring, backups, staged updates, and export. Model API usage is provided and billed by your own model providers under your own keys.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your credentials. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the service.

Billing

• -Plans are billed monthly in advance; usage-based items are billed in arrears at published rates.
• -Prices for existing deployments are held with advance notice of changes.
• -Failed payments may lead to suspension after notice; data is retained for a defined window before deletion.

Liability

The service is provided with the care described in our documented practices. To the extent permitted by law, QIOI's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the preceding twelve months. QIOI is not responsible for actions taken by software you configure, including automated workflows.

Termination

You may cancel at any time; instances remain available until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the acceptable use policy, with notice where practicable. On termination you may export your data before deletion.
